Healthy Peanut Butter Slice

Heeey guys!! So today I come to you with a delicious, decadent and peanut buttery recipe! It is healthy (yes healthy!) chocolate peanut butter slice!
Super creamy and delicious, high in protein and fats to fuel you after a workout! Make you next post workout snack something delicious but also healthy!

Peanut Butter Slice
Base
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup soy milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 scoops protein powder (optional)
Fudge middle
3/4 cup oat flour
1 cup peanut butter
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup soy milk
Topping
125g whittakers dark ghana chocolate 72% cocoa
Method:
1) For the base, soften the peanut butter in the microwave, so it is runny. Mix into the oats, protein powder, maple syrup and soy milk. Mix till you have a thick dough. If it is crumbly add more soy milk. Press into a tin lined with baking paper. Set aside.
2) Next make the fudge middle layer, soften the peanut butter as done before, then mix into the rest of the fudge ingredients. You should have a soft, but slightly thick consistency. Spread over the base, and place in the fridge.
3) For the topping, simply melt the chocolate and spread over the fudge layer. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then cut and enjoy!
I made around 12-14 squares!
Store in the fridge, so chocolate doesn't melt!

I really hope you give these a try! They are super super good!
As always, let me know if you ever make any of my recipes, I'd love photos and know how it turned out for you!
